Last post of 2011!!

This year has been an amazing year for me as far as crafting goes!! I look back at my first blog post and i see growth!! lol!! I hope to continue growing, creating, and being inspired by all of you in the upcoming year... Here are a few cards that I worked on yesterday, I used the Gypsy, and the tie the knot cart to create these cards!! Thank you so much for all your support and HAPPY CRAFTING IN 2012!!!!

One in a million

Here is a card that I made for my Son Carmelo (who is 7) to give to his big brother, my son, Gerald (who is 18) This Christmas my son Gerald bought my son Carmelo a pair of those Jordans (Michael Jordan's tennis shoes) that everyone in the country was flipping out over... anyhow Carmelo wanted to give him a card to say thank you... he picked the image and colors and everything!! I think i have a wonderful son,(Gerald) he is in collage full time and working 2 part time jobs, no matter how busy he gets, he remembers his little brother! I am entering this card in the Kenny K challenge this week! Thanks for checking out my cards!!

Copic journals!!

Happy Sunday everybody!!! Hope all is well with everyone!!! I wanted to share my new love with you all... mini albums!! I have just started making them, i am still in the learning stages... this project is called a Copic journal, i ran across this youtube video on one and she had a link to a pdf file for the pages inside the journal, so i decided to make a few! Here is a cute little mini album that will be embellished completely with digi's! This is for my daughter, this will be one of her gifts, she loves to take pics with her friends so i thought this would be great for her to display all her pics!

While surfing on youtube, I ran across many videos for smash or junk albums.. i like the concept of them, but did not like the ones you buy in the stores, so i decided to make one! My journal will focus on what I love, and most grateful for in my life, It is not complete i just put the paper in it and did a few pages...anyhow here is what I came up with!!
