More Bears!!

Hi Everyone!! Long time no blog post!! Well life got a little busy so I have been M.I.A. I have two bear cards to share, the first bear is a cupid bear, I cut his head off his body and attached a action wobble to it so just his head would wobble! I saw someone on youtube who did this, it turned out cute!!

Next up is this cute King bear, I loved how he turned out, he looks real regal!!

Cricut Cards!!

Happy Saturday everyone!!! Here are a few Cricut things I have been working on... first up are 2 cuts from Paperdoll Teen Scene, I cut them at 5.50 and I used Peacky Keen Laffy Taffy faces, this cart is so much fun, I will be creating some awesome scrapbook pages for my girls with it!!

Ok, next up is this cute card I made with the poodle cut from Create a Critter, I used some fun flock and googlie eyes on him, I think he turned out pretty cute!!

My mother passed away from heart disease at the young age of 46, so this is very personal for me. You can read up on heart disease and it's effects on women HERE. I wanted to share this great paper sale... Joanns.com has a sale going on, you can get 200 sheets 8 1/2 x11 Core'dinations cardstock paper pack for $1.99! I bought 4 packs of paper this morning, less then $10.00 bucks with tax for 800 sheets of cardstock!! I like JoAnns cardstock, I don't love it, but at that price I could not pass it up!! JoAnns will price match JoAnns.com.. as long as it is not a online only sale which it is not, all you need to do is print the page, bring it in and they SHOULD price match. Guest Designer Exploring Cricut

Happy Monday everyone!! Happy M.L.K. Day!! I am so excited to share with you a card that I made for my Guest designer spot at Exploring Cricut! In honor of  Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I created this card with the digital cart "Cricut Classroom Jan/Feb" that purchased from Cricut Craftroom. This was also my first time creating and cutting with the CCR, I must say it was fun!! I like being able to get the carts digitally, this makes shopping so easy, no stores, no lines, no fuss. Provocraft just found another way to hook me!! lol!! Here is my creation...

MLK image and shadow cut at 5" Phrase and phrase shadow cut at 2.40"
Card Base A9 Recollection cream cardstock 8 1/2" X 11" score in half at 5 1/2" so you end up with a card base of 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
Mat Layer: Black recollections cardstock 5 1/4" X 8 1/4"
Pattern Paper: DCWV La Cre'ame Stack 5" X 8"
