Challenge #6 Sports

Hi everyone!! Happy Friday!! Today a new challenge starts over at Brown Sugar , the theme is "sports" and our sponsor this time around is MayzArt, she has some cute images over in store, so go on over and check her out!! Hee Haw!!! Happy Saturday everyone!!! Tonite I have a card for the Robert Jackson Song challenge going on over a SOC... my song title is from the country duo Big and Rich "Save a horse, ride a cowboy!!!! lol!! The first time I heard this song was on "Dancing With the Stars"... Cheryl and Dru LaShay were dancing to it, well I thought it would make a cute card! I had a blast with this card, I don't know what I am going to do with this!! lol!! Ladies Night!

Happy Friday everyone!!! Hope all is well with you all! Today I have a card that I created for the Robert Jackson Song challenge going on at scraps of color, the challenge is to use a Robert Jackson image with the song title as the title of your project... I chose the song ladies night to go with this image, I love the newer version of this song that came out in the late 90's or early 2000's that featured Lil' Kim, Da' Brat and Missey Elliott... I also like the orginal version that Kool and the Gang did in the early 80's. I love music and I had alot of fun with this challenge!! Thanks for stopping by!!

Sweet Birthday Girl

Hi Everyone... sorry I have not been around lately but I have been busy with the kids, I have a son who left for Grambling State University tonite, my hubby has been having neck issues and I had to plan and host my daughters 17th Birthday party. I am suprised that I even got some crafty stuff done, anyhow here a Birthday Card that I made for my Niece who likes to read so I included a bookmark along with her card!! Happy Sunday everyone!!! Today here in the pacific northwest it is HOT, HOT, HOT!! Yesterday our high temp was 102!! We have not had temps this high for 3 years!! So needless to say I am SO HAPPY!! I LOVE the heat!! lol!! Now on to my cards for the day, I used a freebie from Saturated Canary, the inside of these birthday cards say "Because its your birthday!" I have been practicing skin tones, so each card has a different one!! I colored my images with Copics, and added a little stickles for some added sparkle. Thanks for stopping by, Have a great Sunday!!

Brown Sugar Challenge #4 Buttons and Bows

Happy Friday is the start of our new challenge over at Brown Sugar Challenge blog. This weeks sponsor is "Floppy Lattes Digital Designs" The challenge is to use buttons and bows on your project. This cute image I used to created this birthday card is "Clown Doll". I colored him up with Copics. I started with a card base of 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 white card stock, patterned paper is D.C.W.V. Grade School Paper Stack, the orange and black cardstock is from the Reclections paper collection, ribbon and buttons from my stash.
